Kate Millar, Experienced Australian Freelance Writer

Kate is a freelance writer and editor. She’s been freelancing full-time since 2022, and has had the pleasure of working with a variety of organisations across a range of verticals, including travel, insurance, higher education, tech, health and beauty.

She has a Bachelor of Professional Writing and Publishing from Curtin University and a Graduate Certificate in Communications from Griffith University. She’s also a graduate of the Australian Writers’ Centre copywriting course and a professionally trained editor.

Originally from Meanjin (Brisbane), Kate has previously lived in London and Naarm (Melbourne), but now calls Paris home. When she’s not writing, you can find her out on a run, rifling through a thrift store or munching on a jambon-beurre.
